still working on the built-ins,
and still thinking about how to BRIGHTEN this North corner.
I may WANT mirrors, but I guess I’m too
cheap, frugal, thrifty, penny pinching, economical, miserly
—you get the idea—
to pay the price for them. What can I say.
Until I find “a way,” I’ve decided to paint the back of the built-ins with a very high gloss white-WHITE, in hopes it will do the trick. For now.
You can see that I’ve also -FINALLY- added the last of the picture frame molding detail—it looks SO much better and more “finished” now!
AND, while I’m sharing details~thought I’d also throw out this one.
Do you leave your outlet covers alone, or,
do you prefer to paint them into the wall color?
Generally speaking– I prefer to (dry-brush) paint them into the wall color, and just make them Go Away. Likewise with any super visible vent covers~including painting the insides of the vents. Do you do that too?
