Really hoping Dan Stevens sees how much we all want him in the cast, and changes his mind, and Matthew “makes it”!!!
first of all this episode aired on christmas evening in the uk ( can you imagine)
and i also hear he ( the creator) is writing these characters off the show because the actors did not renew their contracts due to other movies and such…..
That’s what I heard, too. The one who played Sybil never wanted a long-term gig, and Dan Stevens wants to be able to do (what undoubtedly are many) other offers, now. SUCKS!
That is so funny. Mark brought this home for me from his secretary. I was going to post it too. I guess Matthew couldn’t sign on for another season, so they killed him off. I was just ticked off about the whole thing.
